Buyer collects goods from seller's premises.
- Minimum seller obligation
- Any mode of transport
- Buyer arranges all transport
DDP - Delivered Duty Paid
Seller delivers cleared for import at destination.
- Maximum seller obligation
- Any mode of transport
- Includes duties and taxes
CPT - Carriage Paid To
Seller arranges carriage to named destination.
- Any mode of transport
- Seller pays freight
- Risk transfers at delivery
DAP - Delivered At Place
Seller delivers at named place in destination country.
- Any mode of transport
- Excludes import duties
- Ready for unloading
